...uncontrolled body language signals and inability of understanding body language?

Like can aspies really drive someone crazy if they're just walking past that person without even looking at them or noticing they are there and all of that happening in just a second?

Do we really miss some sort of hidden sense that NTs have and constantly use on everyone they see and get response of?

Is this why we are getting spit on?

If yes, can we change something about it?
