Stop craving silly body! Stop it!

First I crave an apple, so I eat one. Then another one. Then, later on, a third one. I stop.

Then I crave gherkins to the point that I can smell them.

Now I am craving half a papaya, but the papaya in the kitchen is still hard.

:(

YES! I'm sorry, but YES!

I'm not craving anything at the moment, so I forgot what it feels like to crave something. I'll remember again sometime soon, though...

I'm craving a salad right now. One that's really bad for you, so it shouldn't even be called a salad.

i find that dancing off your cravings works

i put on some queen or whatever and start dancing around

there's also this website:

http://womenshealth.about.com/od/weight ... method.htm

this is for when you're full or you're not hungry. if you've diabetes or something then i wouldn't recommend you dance it off...

Mmm. I agree with Bunny. I'm not hungry at the moment, but when I crave something to eat, I have something to eat. Hunger bad.

Weight loss websites are full of sh*t. Sorry. Just had to get that out. And the slimming techniques they use these days, which make you eat a LOT of synthesised rubbish. It makes me sick. Glad I'm not in the state of trying to lose weight, and don't think I ever will be.

i hate weight loss whatevers. all you have to do is get off your lazy butt and do something. drink plenty of water and watch what you eat. when i posted the website i wasn't advocating weight loss websites, just trying to help you and your cravings. *continues to dance around*

Fair enough.

I went to SlimmingWorld's website, just out of critical interest. And their meals are BIGGER THAN MY WEIGHT GAIN MEALS???
