I'm currently trying to model realistic hair in Blender (no, I won't use its particle system as I need to use softbodies or cloth physics, otherwise my model is pretty much of no use in a certain game engine
). I think I might use them (partially) as cloth actor(s) attached to the pawn's headbone, that way one could be able to cut off hairs in an intense melee fight. I might reconsider that though as that could be a complicated story... Now that I think about it, the bangs could need more loops so that its movement is smoother.
Getting the right weight will be really troublesome too, often enough I saw hair in games that was just way too light!
Lots of try 'n' error. Lots of fun. Lots of feeling great when achieving something.
Other than that I planned to paint on Saturday (at the moment it's 4:30AM, Saturday morning), probably some landscape, eventually some portrait, I'll see what I'll go for.
On Sunday I'll probably read some lecture on art and research a few things.
Meanwhile I'm feeling (physically) bad, just before posting this I listened to the song "Locked In" by Judas Priest and noticed the bridge at 2:15 sounds like one of the Terran soundtracks from StarCraft 1 which made me feel very nostalgic and I drink ice tea.
I like synthesizer and e-guitars in combinations.
Actually, this is nothing special, that's an average weekend for me. I like my spare time.
