When you eat Kiwi Fruit, do you peel or eat the skin? What do you think of the skin?

kiwi's skin is poisonous i advice u dont eat it..also i dont like texture of skin

I always eat the skin.

I scoop the inside out with a spoon, throw away the skin.
I've eaten the skin before, but I wasn't much for it.

oh wait your not suppose to eat the skin, oh so maybe i'm not a aligeric to kiwi whole fruit my toung broke out because of the skin oh no wonder i could still drink juice with it in it and eat kiwi and strawberry i learn something new everyday form wrong-planet.

I dig the fruit, out of the skin, and than I throw the skin away.

I eat the skin. If it's poisonous, it's very mild.

it looks indigestible, at the very least.

eating it with a spoon is fun! - i try to scoop the maximum flesh possible without rupturing the skin at all.

as animals, were supposed to appreciate performing a small task to get food as a reward.

Kiwi is very tasty IMO.
Dices of kiwi and melon, mixed with berries and grapes. Delicious in the hot summer.

I've eaten the skin plenty of times and I've never had a reaction to it. As far as I know, it's not poisonous. We get plenty around when they are in season but otherwise, there's hardly any and when you do come across any for sale in the shops they are ridiculously expensive.

I eat the skin because that's where most of the insoluble fibre is - my point of eating them at all.

I went on a Kiwi fruit eating craze this year when I found out that gram for gram, KF has the highest amount of Vitamin C of all the fruits.

I eat the skin. It actually makes my lips burn less (they burn because of the acid).

I peel the skin, or use a spoon to scoop out the meat. but I never eat the skin.

Then I finally scrape off the green meat and eat everything except the skin.

I do not like the idea of eating "hair" even if it is fruit hair
