...if you wear any at all.
Do you wear leather jewelry, silver, gold, copper, what?

I wear a platinum wedding band and right now a silver ring with a pear shaped peridot that I really like. I also usually wear some gemstone earrings or silver hoops or something.

I prefer silver and platinum and don't have much gold. I like every gemstone imaginable. My jewelry can be comforting somehow, like a friend. I can also wear it to remind me of something like a bracelet I have that reminds me to be kindhearted.

So what do you wear? Friendship bracelets? Leather cuffs? Only stuff from Sotheby's? Religious jewelry? I'm curious about what you wear and why you wear it.

I used to wear a chain around my neck during my preteen and early teen years.

I look back at that with nothing but embarrassment.

The only jewelry I ever wore was my class ring in my senior years of HS

I wear a tungsten-carbide ring with an imprinted weave design that travels across the entire band. It was the ring my father gave me for being his best man at his wedding two years ago. I'm not sure if it's some sort of tradition to give the best man a ring or something, but he did. I pretty much wear it all the time... although the symbolism it means to me has very little to do with my father getting married. It became special to me for another reason. I wear it on my pointer finger :).

I also have a Tissot T-touch watch, that I got for doing well in high school from my father, but I almost never wear that. It drives me insane having something wrapped around my wrist... sensory issue I guess. Plus it's a little too "James Bond" for me :?.

I used to have a class ring... and still do, but I could never wear it because it was too heavy on top and would drive me crazy from the weight and the part that I always felt the need to put it in the correct position every time it shifted. Also it went on my ring finger which restricts my movement while drawing.

If belt buckles count as jewelry... I've got a pewter dragon (It's in a crouching position with it's wings spread open) belt buckle that I've worn for probably 5 years :|.

That's really cool. Where did you get it? Or did you make it?

Three silver rings on the fingers of my left hand, three gold ones on the ones of my right hand, earrings and a necklace. I'm always wearing them.

Thanks! One of my sisters bought it for me. It was made by a local artist.

A single sliver ring on my middle finger.

Also some silver with turqouise earrings and a necklace in the same style, sometimes.

Used to have a silver ring with 4 amethysts in, but I lost it.

Howlite beads.

A leather necklace with an enamel pendant with a stylized picture of a crane (as in the bird) on it.

I used to wear earrings shaped like grapes and strawberries as a teenager

That sounds very pretty. :)

I like this. In college, I kept a tiny bell attached to my bookbag for similar reasons (to remind me to be mindful and stay in the present/not get lost in my head). I've thought of getting a bracelet to serve much the same purpose you mention. Maybe I will. ^_^

This made me smile. ^_^ Cute.

 Gangster Jesus.

As for myself, I wear a small watch with a faux-leather band every day and sometimes/often wear dangly earrings. I wear the watch because I have always worn a watch. I got my first one in second grade and now I feel naked and unbalanced when I'm not wearing one. I wear earrings because I find them aesthetically pleasing and because I like the feel of their weight and the light tinkly sounds some of them make when I shake my head.
