Do any of you ever get on a food kick and eat the same thing for several days in a roll?

For the past 3 days I have been eating homemade hashbrowns with fresh shredded garlic and parsley flakes and one egg over light. The way I fix my hashbrowns really hits the spot with me and I will probably eat the same thing in the morning as well and maybe the rest of the week. Of course I always have my cup of java every morning.

I go on food kicks all the time, especially when I make soup. I freeze it and have it every day or until I just can't stand it any more. :D

The way you describe your hashbron makes me hungry.

I tend to be lazy and keep eating the same things for many days though I try to be healthy. I seldom do proper cooking. For example, I have been eating microwaved cauliflower, red paprika, cabbage with fresh parsley and beans 5 or 6 days a week for the last couple of months. I just eat anything that is easy to prepare and healthy as well as some junk.

All the time. I think I had butternut squash soup for about a month straight recently. Celery with cream cheese is a big one, but lately it's been mixed green salad with tomatoes, roast beef and avocado.

I make a lot of stew meals, fit for about 4-6 people. They taste great and are healthy, but I am usually the only one who eats stew here, and I don't like to waste food, so I tend to have stews on a very regular basis. I also can't leave it out for more than a few days or it goes bad, and I don't like freezing stew because meat/vegetable portions can be a chore to balance out inside the containers, and another thing is stew thaws out slowly and awkwardly. I'm not complaining, I really like stew.

Do you shred some fresh garlic and add parsley flakes to your hashbrowns? Sometimes I just mix spices in mine too. I use Mrs. Dash and some salt.

Every spring, just before Easter, I tend to go on massive peanut butter and chocolate kicks. Last year I became so sick of it I didn't want to eat chocolate for several months.

I've also eaten my hashbrowns with grated onions and pepper along with sea salt as well. Actually, parsley only add a just a tiny bit of flavor. Apparently parsley is to you like cilantro is to me, I hate the stuff.

I like acorn squash too, but I've also been on another kick that I almost forgot about because I ran out. I've been eating lots of Moro blood oranges. I like those better than red grapefruit even.

Lately I've been craving Better For You brand Sweet Chili chips (crisps). They are pretty much the best chips (crisps) in existence.

my mom and one friend complain that cilantro gives them a metalic flavor in there mouth? my mom could taste it if the same grill was used.
