Do you shred some fresh garlic and add parsley flakes to your hashbrowns? Sometimes I just mix spices in mine too. I use Mrs. Dash and some salt.
I use potato's, onion and pepper, should try it with garlic, I use it in every thing else!
but I don't care for parsly?
