This is the first time I have seen so many dry trees without leaves. Do you have any idea what might have happened to these trees?

Not sure really. Seems to me that they'll just end up as dead trees and stay like that for a long time, before succumbing to the ravages of time.

Why? I don't see any on the ground, either, so it doesn't look like fall season.

the leaves on the road will blow away?
different trees drop there leaves at different times.

I just looked again and there are leaves on the ground, look at the bushes, there all stuck inside.

Lol, I guess you're right. They look ambiguous, I first thought they were small stones, not leaves.

I know! It's very early spring and while the snow has melted the leaves haven't emerged yet.

Don't you just expect a grey wolf to walk out from those woods?
