According to this, after my midmeal I am a mix of two carrots, half an cucumber, a boiled egg, two breads with cheese branch, a pear and a kiwi, flavoured with a small cup of cocoa and a cola light. ^^

So far today I am two gummy vitamins, a Cliff bar, one cup of coffee and one of green tea.

After lunch I think I will be grilled vegetables over rice noodles, with yellow curry and brown rice.
