I like Siberian Huskies and Alaskan Malamutes thanks to my favorite childhood movie, Balto.

1. A pekinese dog - I love everything that Mother Nature has endowed with flat muzzles and long fluffy fur :D
2. A dachshund - because it looks so delicious  - like an overlarge, mutated, living hot dog weiner on four short paws :D

The next places of the list are occupied by basset hounds, dobermanns, chichuahuas, collies, poodles, spaniels and ratters.

Mutts. Rescue a stray mutt and it will be the best dog you will EVER have.

Favorite actual breed is a toy poodle. Believe it or not, these are smart dogs. Our latest dog is a poodle who wandered into our neighborhood and we ended up keeping. Turns out that the kind of people who typically buy poodles ruin them.

Tiny lap dogs. Theres so many breeds of those, its hard to pick just one, but I like little dogs. My aunt has a boxer, biggest sweetie you ever met, but being so big and prone to drooling I'm glad I dont have to deal with him more than once a week.

The English Bulldog is my favourite.

The most known celebrity gossip site in the Polish area of the net has the lovely name of Pudelek ("little poodle") and brings us bad association due to its sh***y quality  Only total blockheads like the "Little Poodle" site news 8) But I'm a poodle lover, I like especially white poodles :D

Today I stroked a beautiful dog which wanted to play with me: it was so friendly and full of life energy. It wasn't a poodle though, it was a mongrel (given its long body and short legs it probably had a dachshund among the distant ancestors); its fur was long and reddish :D

I like rat terriers the best. My dog Josie is a rat terrier. Her feet smell like popcorn, and she is 7 years old (in human years), 49 in dog years.

That is my absolute least favorite type of dog (possibly even type of animal) ever.

The boss of the characters of my favorite sitcom ever (Police Station Number 13, it's a sitcom from our country) owns one. He loves Pershing (the dog) VERY much - in fact a stale joke of this show (no, not a hint or anything but just a joke) is that he's a zoophile and that's the reason for those strong ties of attachment

Not real big on dogs, but I'd have a German Shepherd if I was. Super smart (there's a reason the police use 'em as task force helpers), symmetrically appealing, and they bear much resemblance to their wolfen ancestors.

It's also the breed of the Georgia Bulldogs' mascot, hence my hatred. To hell with Georgia!

I prefer large dogs - the calm, lazy and gentle type. I used to have a Great Dane that weighted almost twice as I did.

My favorite breeds:
Shiloh Shepherd
German Shepherd
Belgian Tervuren Shepherd
Siberian Husky
Pembroke Welsh Corgi
Alaskan Malamute
Czechoslovakian Wolfdog

My current dog is a German Shepherd/Belgian Tervuren/Siberian Husky mix:

He has a tail with insanely long hair on it (the longest strand we've measured is 18 inches):
