Heh. I have been thinking about buying a sushi platter for my classmates.

It's expensive but I am willing to do it. 90$ of sushi 20 rolls 20 sashimi 3 special big rolls that are kinda big.

I think the store opens during the afternoon but my art class is from 8-1:45pm so maybe I will store in fridge till next day?

Sushi doesn't last very long I think.

This is the first time I have thought about doing a thing for the community.

I am hoping it will make me feel good about myself.

Good on you for your good will.

I just wonder if sushi is a good idea because sushi is far better when eaten fresh. Real sushi lovers don't put sushi in the fridge because refrigeration hardens the rice and makes the whole sushi less tasty. Most likely it's still safe to eat it on the following day though.

Eh.. this is my first time with raw food.. so that's kinda why I asked.

Maybe cold pizza is better.
