All those moments are lost in time, like tears in the rain.

A fat heavy looking bird with both fur and feathers. It's talons hung limp down way below it's body. It had a strange flight pattern. It was like a Sin curve. It went up and down up and down. It looked like it was struggling to fly.

By the way, it wasn't real.

I have a picture from a newspaper of an x-ray of a snake that had eaten a light bulb.

I saw a squirrel trying to carry a pear across a busy highway, a hawk land on a rotten tree branch, which broke and made the hawk look silly, and a man dressed as Jesus in a long white robe carrying a cross over his shoulder strolling along Oporto-Madrid Boulevard. (nobody paid any attention to him--that was the weird part).

Mothman...

Well...let me explain this as one of the strangest things I have ever seen.

I and several others were outside at my parents' house one night in the early 1980s with my telescope. This was in a rural area with some zodiacal light. We all saw the dark form of a very large flying creature flying in a southerly direction. It was making a very odd unfamiliar screeching type noise. Accompanying the screeching type noise was the unmistakable sound of its flapping wings pounding the air. The eyes of the creature glowed red. I also had binoculars in which I was able to locate the eyes. Once in focus, I could then transfer that reading on the focusing dial of the binoculars to determine the approximate distance away the creature was from us and to determine an approximate size for it based upon the span of stars it was eclipsing. I would have to dig for that data as it is buried in my parents' basement, and I haven't looked at it in years---in order to get the exact numbers. The wingspan was easily 10 feet or more. But the glowing red eyes is what struck me as the most bizarre element of this creature. They were truly emitting their own light. The creature was tracking south at approximately 70 mph---in my estimation.

A Tattoo of a unicorn making love to a dolphin and a rainbow in the background. It looks like the Unicorn is helping a choking dolphin who ate one too many Skittles at a time.

While eating lunch in a restaurant not too long ago, I saw a car driving down the street. It's trunk was partly open, but that was because the sofa inside was too big, so the door couldn't close all the way. And there was a girl running behind the car and pushing on the sofa with one to keep it from falling out.

Strange, no?

I was checking out the website "Retronaut" for the first time last week. Saw some pretty strange things on it, like Christmas ads for red-and-green cigarettes being smoked by Santa Claus, people wearing hats shaped like old rotary telephones, cocaine toothache drops, and anti-male-masturbation devices, one of which looked particularly vicious. of course, those things are strange *now*, but back when they were made they were perfectly acceptable (except maybe the telephone hats).

That is an awesome quote from Blade Runner. I think you had the whole line somewhere else in here. I remember. :)

We once got on a bus in Seattle and there were four young guys in the back seats. They were all dressed head to foot in black leather and wearing KISS makeup, and as the bus pulled away they all started beatboxing. That was weird but fun.

A homeless man who had some kind of stomach issue once decided to bend over and pull his pants down, aiming his behind towards a video rental store sign, while on the side walk near me and a busy street full of stopped cars next to him. He then proceeded to blast ass all over the sign until the sign was no longer legible. The gentleman didn't even have the common courtesy to bring a roll of toilet paper with him, not to mention wipe. Not a second after vandalizing a sign and scarring the sight of many onlookers, he pulled his pants up, and walked it off like nothing happened, and he disappeared into the hot and humid sun, hopefully never to be seen near a video rental sign again.
