When people say they saw something from a different perspective, they mean that they (perhaps temporarily) understood another point of view, a different take on a set of facts or observations. Not the literal kind. I find actual changes of perspective far more noticeable and startling. I tell you what I mean. Have you ever stood on a chair/table/boxfort in the corner of a room so that your head was touching the ceiling, and you could see all of the room? Or when a tree is cut down and you can see your house from the side? I find it's actually difficult to be annoyed lying on my back on the floor. Though being tall, being close to the floor is always an amusing novelty.

I was wondering if other people have been affected or enjoy these actual changes of perspective?
