My whole adolescence is about not fitting in society. Sometimes I have to remind myself that I can't be myself in order for them to let me sit in the corner of the room. Everybody likes to ignore me sometimes while I try to fit in. What comes naturally to them is what comes the hard way to me. That costed my whole reputation.

My imagination is filled with characters and realms. I want to see these people in person and explore my realms vividly. I just can't because I don't know how to become lucid in dreaming. I wake up realizing that I'm in a world of people that fit in the box accept me. Not even my dreams can set me free. Well, I have to admit I got a little to deep there. I have nothing else to say at the moment...

So what is the easiest way to become lucid in dreams?

Lucid dreams happen when you are dreaming while knowing you are dreaming. The key is learning how to know when you are dreaming. There's books about lucid dreams. Read them.

One easy straight forward method is prepair your self mentally for moments in dreams that will remind you that you are probably question you "am i dreaming." these include flying, seeing a girl, or have something happen that normally wouldn't happen. Sometimes you can tell you self to see something in a dream that will remind you such as an apple. Then when you see an apple you can then know your dreaming.

Other stuff that can help you live your imaginary realms is artwork and 3D computer modeling. Have you ever tried to learn how to use a 3D modeling program such as Maya or 3DsMax? You can create 3D objects, rooms, envirnments, and people and make then virtually real. This is how special effects are created in movies. It is time consuming to do but you can make your imagination come to life, plus you could possibly make this into a well paid career.

Learn to skim the surface of your consciousness as you're about to lose it. Typically for me, the shallower the sleep, the stronger the dreams.

I am not a lucid dreamer. I usually do not know when I am dreaming, and I don't have any say in what happens in my dreams. I have a friend, though, who can lucid dream. She can decide for her self how she wants the dream to go. She has an extraordinary imagination. If the dream doesn't go the way she likes, she just changes it. I don't know how you teach yourself to lucid dream, but she starts to create the dream while she's still awake.
