Yay snow = no school! I get a day off to relax and maybe get some things done. Good ole southerners who can't drive in any winter weather (poor things, it scares them to death, and causes lots of accidents bc they don't know how to deal with it).

Yeah we had a report a few weeks ago here in Texas that it might snow and classes were canceled( it did not snow). We have no equipment or skill at driving in snow here.

Wow... it has to knock the electricity out or completely block the road for school classes to be cancelled for us. So far, it has been a relatively mild winter (as said by those who are native to this area... I beg to differ!), so we have had classes everyday they have been scheduled.
