Domestic - 7-9 days
Foreign - 2 weeks

I also take off the following Monday (Tuesday if Monday is a holiday) to ease the transition back to work.

Day trips as all I ever really do, if not that then 2-3 days. I haven't even taken a week of holidays from work in 4+ years.
