*"cetacea" refers to dolphins, whales, orcas, etc.*

- You've read every book on dolphin and whale behavior/conservation/anatomy you could get your hands on since you were at least 11.

- One of your coping items happens to be a small stuffed dolphin.

- You actually have dolphin shower curtains, a dolphin lotion dispenser, a dolphin soap dish, a dolphin toothbrush holder, and a dolphin coffee mug.

- You lie awake in the middle of the night wondering just what species of whale Monstro from Disney's Pinocchio is (I've since decided that he's some kind of Cachalot (sperm whale)/pilot whale hybrid)

- You own both a VHS and DVD copy of Free Willy.

- You have a whole collection of dolphin/whale plushies in addition to the aforementioned plush coping item, and each one has a little outfit, name, and personality of its own.

- You still have the leaf that a dolphin gave you at a "swim-with" program in Florida in 2008.

- You have a poster of all the known species of dolphins and whales hanging on your wall.

- When you went to an art camp in the summer of 2005 and were told you could draw whatever you wanted; you just drew sketches of dolphins and whales as they appeared in the photographs of one of your favorite books for the whole week.

- You have a huge plush orca from IKEA down by the foot of your bed to keep your feet warm.

- You have a "Cetacea" pinboard on Pinterest.

- You own both seasons of The Flipper Show on DVD.

- You talked on and on about dolphins with your math tutor even after he made it clear that he didn't care for dolphins at all.

....And I'm sure there are plenty other indicators that just aren't coming to mind at the moment.
