It's just what the title says.
----
I kinda do. The biggest one for me is this: I was born on April 13. The numbers associated with said dates (4) and (13) are considered unlucky (4 in Asian cultures, 13 in Western cultures), and this considers why compounded with my Aspie's, I have had bad luck socially. I have gone on only one date, and every date request I ask for (even if it's nice) is greeted by the girl with "f**k OFF!"

Additionally, bad things seem to happen the days after my birthday. Like the Virginia Tech massacre (4/16/2007), the Oklahoma City bombing (4/19/1995) and more recently, the Boston Marathon bombing (4/15/2013). People of WP, I feel like I am a poison on the world. :(

I don't think so, bad things happen everyday and with a max of only 365 days a year theres going to be some clusters or duplacation on dates. I don't really beleave in curses as much fun as they may be to think about or may feel real. Now I have to ask, were born on Friday the 13th?

I believe supernatural power only comes from two places; Jesus cursed a fig tree once.

If you're referring to things like "black magic" and such, the Bible does say real witchcraft exists, and all who follow Christ should avoid it. God's power is far greater than such things, but He will only bless those who trust Him.

April 13, 1987 was a Monday.
April 13, 1986 was a Sunday
April 13, 1988 was a Wednesday

The first one is when I was born.

I once knew an autistic woman who could tell you what day a date was in seconds. It was a Kim Peek-like gift. She said she could do it because she'd quickly link an important date close to the date you'd originally asked then add or subtract days to find the day you're inquiring about. Fascinating.

In 1983, my aunt refused to buy a sprig of lucky heather from a Gypsy woman in a layby.

The Gypsy hissed: "Hope you crash, missus!"

19 years later, my aunt died of ovarian cancer.

Makes you think, dunnit?

I believe more in karma than curses.

I believe curses only have as much power as people give them. People seem to be cr@pmagnets because of various factors some of which they have control over & some of which they don't but voodoo or anything like that is not the blame; life circumstances are like being born with a neurological difference or coming from a poor family in a bad neighborhood.

1965 and my Mother took me out for the day from the Childrens home she had put me in.
We went to London to see Winnie the Pooh at the pictures, on the way a Gypsy thrust a sprig of lucky heather into my hand which I was quite happy to receive, but mother took it and thrust it back at the Gypsy who promptly said, "Your little boy will never find Love", I was only 6

Now I dont know if this was a curse, or an observation, but whatever, it has come true, pretty evil thing to do to a small child if it was a curse.

I live near the Mexican border, and there are psychics and Milagros and Brujos advertised in the want ads, storefronts....mostly they call themselves psychics.

There are many ads offering to remove curses.....I personally think that those who believe in all this are from a culture that accepts and encourages it.

Insufficient evidence to prove or disprove the existence of 'curses'.

No.

Curse rhymes with purse, hearse, burse, perse, verse, worse, and terse, and probably a bunch more I missed.

Holy cow, I've never heard of gypsies running around with sprigs of lucky heather and here are two of them!

my mother believed me and her were probably cursed, as we had nothing but bad luck all our lives. we seemed to attract trouble. that is a large part of why both of us were hermits. I am still a hermit, as that is the only way I can figure out how to stop being a crapmagnet.
