Not to ruin it, but 13,000+ have signed up, but I doubt anywhere near that number are active members. It is an impressive number though.

Next time anyone thinks they are the only one with AS, consider that number on the left hand side. I think our duty as people with AS is to be fruitful and multiply! lol

That 13,000 includes every troll, registered lurker (people who join to read but never post), sock puppet, spam bot, and long-since-inactive user there's ever been. (Other forums I've been on are by far dominated by the above. One, with no human being test, is mostly spam bots.) Weed all those out and you're probably down to somewhere on the order of a few hundred to maybe 1000 at most who have posted independently within the last few months.

average number online is usually in the 350 -500 range. Of that, 2/3rds are 'visitors', so that doesn't leave a lot of members posting.

Anyway, yay, it's a nice number 13,000. I'm sure one of the maths savants around could comment on it.
