I'm into Twilight and vampires in general now, and I like to wonder, with what sort of additional gift I would end up, after my turning into a vampire :) You know, vampires in the books develop some gift afterwards, which is the enhanced version of their original human talents from their mortal years. And here comes the question: what talent would you get? I'm sure I'd be an important addition to the Volturi, as, knowing myself I know that I'd end up as a vampire having some mental gift for like manipulating people mentally, making them follow my orders or for shielding myself from any influences of others' mind, sort of Bella and her gift, or I'd have the same talent as Jane, as I'm very easy to take revenge. I do happen to have some precognitive dreams from time to time (nothing special), so maybe I'd be like Alice, but that's my mind related qualities that are the most distinctive about me, so I'm sure that I'd develop some mental gift concerning making people what I want and, even maybe, making it possible for me to punish them, Jane-like style for not following my wishes  I'm a very secretive person, too, so I could be a "shield" like Bella, too. I'm good at reading others - because I'm very good at logical thinking, making me easily guess what others are thinking or feeling, so I could be a mind reader, as well, especially that I'm nosey. But I think that most likely I'd get access to the whole spectrum of those psychic powers combined :D And you?

How not to sparkle in the sun like a living glitter lamp? In all seriousness, if I could have any vampire power, it'd have to be the "flitting" thing, you know, moving faster than the human eye can see? One more would be the compelling thing, although there's too many ways for that to be used in bad way, so I could do without that.

Mind reading's a so-so sort of thing, sometimes you really don't want to know what's going on in other people's heads, and if you had control problems, you could hear everyone's thoughts at once in a crowded room, which would be maddening!
