that would only work if there was loud music playing at the time, as the mechanical spider does make mechanical noise, mainly in the form of solenoid gear assemblies whirring inside them for all those legs. also to be considered is the fact that these mechanical spiders are not cheap [$3k] so if your roommate blew a gasket and smashed it into little pieces you would be out a small fortune. but a funny thought in the abstract, at least :lol:

I don't know.The little jumping spiders seem to.They look cute and sometimes it seems like they are looking back.I was pulling weeds in a garden bed and noticed this really big spider that kept crawling around like it was looking for something,I put my finger down and it kind of raised its front legs,I left it alone because it seemed sort of mad.Later I came back and found out why she was angry,I guess I had knocked her eggs sack off working, and she kept looking till she found it.Off she went with it,I couldn't blame her for being mad.What a good mama spider.
