Scammers should be given long prison sentences

I received an email this morning.claiming to be from Paypal. It says my account has been limited, and I need to do X . It's a very convincing looking email. Luckily enough I had enough sense to check the email address it was sent to. It's neither the primary or secondary email address that I use for Paypal. Those being the only one's I use with Paypal.

There are others who could easily be fooled by such an email. Scammers are scum.IMO they should be given lengthy prison sentences , and their ill gotten gains confiscated.

It's best to read about scams online so you know what to look out for. Educate and you will never become a sucker again.

It's best to go to the website itself without clicking on anything to check it out. Log into your paypal to check for any money sent to you or anything else. If they say they had locked your account, go to that website and log in and if you can login, email is fake.

I checked my Paypal account just after getting that email. No report of anything that needed to be sorted.
