In my area we have one.the olympic stadium in montreal.poor retractable roof desing ,it started collapsing with time and snow.not to mention the union troubles at the time, workers filled sewage pipes with concrete.dont know if it was a rumour or not i never saw any official report.it was built in 67 for the expo,it still is unresolved ,a few cetimetres of Snow and it gets shut down for safety reasons.its kind of a shame to our city.

Wow ,with all the workers involved someone should have noticed.they must have been compitent, maybe just blindly following order.in places ive worked i always checked my own work and the work of others before passing it on to the next person.(production line)
I do have high standards and tend to be a perfectionist.
