Do any of you attend music festivals? I have been to a few and had a good time. I do have some anxiety in large crowds but I still manage to have a good time. There is one in my local area in a few weeks that I managed to get work off for but I'm not sure if I am going to go because I don't have anyone to go with.

I've been to several festivals before. I loved it. In an environment like that, it's pretty easy to get along with strangers. It is still intimidating for me at times. They welcome you to join them at their camping spots, but sometimes I find myself second guessing everything I'm about to say and end up not talking for like 20 minutes. It sketches people out. Nothing can ever be easy, not even that haha.. :wall:

I've been to a few. I used to go to one every Feb but the lineup has been crummy the last two years.

hmm well how would you guys think it would be going to one alone? I have only been with friends before and it seems like it may be a little intimidating alone.

I went to a jazz festival with my parents 1ce when I was little & I HATED it. It was hot & loud & I hate jazz music. I'd much rather download or buy the CDs instead of going out so I can hear it in non live quality which is much better & in the comfort of my own home.

I attend many in a year on my own accord, I now a days prefer one day festivals or nightly concerts though. I have lived and learned how to prepare and survive these things.
