Up at 2:50am

Turned Pandora on, on the Roku. (Red Stick Ramblers, Eilen Jewel, Melody Gardot, and Leonard Cohen mix)

Turned on the coffee pot. (9 cups of Kirkland's/Costco's/Starbucks coffee......six down three to go.)

Checked the personals in Craigslist, checked all the "for sale" in Craigslist. Didn't have any email....

Headed on over to WP, and the rest is in the future?

I'm sorry. You are not alone in that. You know, the hurting part. I just wanted you to know that.

I don't go to bed till after 3 so this post tittle is wrong for me.

I turn on nothing because I don't turn my droid4 off & I look at email. Then I'd turn on nothing because I don't turn my desktop off & look at email, WP or various other stuff. Or I'd turn on TV & look at the program guide.

Me too. I rarely sleep before 3AM and my computer is always on. At that hour usually in WP, FB or taking some online course. Usually all at once

I used to have my biothythms go around the clock, cycling back to baseline every 18 days or so. now I stick to a schedule of retiring between 12 and 1AM. when I can't sleep I am too stubborn to get out of bed so I try harder and toss/turn until sleep finds me or I find it.

"The Hour of the Wolf is the hour between night and dawn. It is the hour when most people die, when sleep is deepest, when nightmares are most real. It is the hour when the sleepless are haunted by their deepest fear, when ghosts and demons are most powerful. The Hour of the Wolf is also the hour when most children are born."
From Ingmar Bergman's film of the same name.
