I have a meeting with my psychiatrist tomorrow.

I can't stand him. Every meeting he insults my vocational aspirations
and belittles my daily struggles to overcome my AS in a professional context.
Every meeting, I keep my chin down and bear his insults so that I get
the prescriptions for drugs that I've found essential to my functionality for years.

I want to stand up for myself and tell him that I don't like
being belittled and insulted in the way he does.
Should I be worried he might deny me the medication he usually prescribes
if he gets offended by this?

I also want to switch psychiatrists and find another.
I don't know if I should keep that to myself during the meeting.

Imagine if you had to report to someone from the utilities department
every few months to convince them that you need electricity in your house,
and you had to tell them every detail of your personal life. Wouldn't you
end up resenting that person too? How much worse would it be if that
person mocked you knowing you couldn't mock them back?

I would swithc psychiatrists as soon as possible if I were you. A psychiatrist is supposed to help you but the one you are seeing seems to be undermining you instead.
