Interesting article, but I wonder how reliable the study is? I must say I have doubts; it gives me the impression of psychobabble and pseudoscience. I'm well aware of the two slits experiment, I covered it during my science degree and know how it works. I'd like to see such experiments (as associated with meditation) done by reputable and well know scientists and/or scientific institutes. If the experimental evidence is sound and can be repeated and the same conclusions reached, then it would be a big breakthrough in science. The fact I've never heard of this before gives me doubts as to its authenticity. Sorry.

I did try to read it but it's a bit above and beyond me, so I can't comment.

I find it very hard to be disciplined enough to meditate every day but when I do manage to do it I experience some of the benefits t it has. In the long run that is, meditation is not a miracle worker and it doesn't give instant results either.

Scientifical research on the benefits of meditation is very interesting but I don't need scientifical proof to be convinced of the positive effects that meditation can have. Since I am pretty much down to earth, not a New Age fan and sceptical by nature this has to mean something.
