If I had to run the business, like jimservo, a used bookstore. If I had to create a business and not run it, a pet store or a restaurant. because the fun would be in creating it, not running it (I have worked in the restaurant business and it is too high paced for me to handle).

My pet store would specialize in exotic animals but be more like a zoo, or maybe I would just create a small zoo, maybe a reptilel house.

My restaurant, could be many things, but it would have a really unique concept, not some ruby tuesdays with junk on the walls. It could have an under the sea theme with huge aquariums all around including parts above so you can look up like you are underwater. I made designs for one like that when I was younger.nd then it can be sea food, but I hate fish. So perhaps more stuff like tropical island food and be more like its supposed to be a hawaiin reef
