Being "cultured"

Does it still apply?, or is culture dead? Or simply evolved and transformed? Is it to do with the "dumbing down of the west?"

I don't really have an answer for any of those questions. One thing I know for sure is that I'm more cultured than I've realized.

when i try to be cultured my body and brain often have other ideas.
