Have you ever created a thread that got 0 replies?

Please post a link to your ignored thread here so that we can give it the attention it deserves.

I tend to think, if it got no attention, it probably didn?t deserve any.

and there's also of course, the threads with emotional, super long opening posts whose OPs deserve a reply more than anything, but just put others off with their desperation and walls of text.

Yes, I like the idea of WPers supporting each other in other forums too.

Sometimes a person is interested in threads that nobody else is.

And since most of us aren't regulars, we can easily miss out on old threads that get buried.

Now we can give old threads a second chance, and see if something interesting has slipped through the cracks.

Yes, I've often created a thread and got 0 replies. I delete the thread after a couple of weeks, because I get sick of the sight of the number ''0'' next to it. It's funny how that works, because even if your thread is original and interesting, 0 replies means everybody has the same idea, which is not to reply. Perhaps we are like NTs after all; subconsciously ''following'' some sort of invisible lead. :)

I'm still in limbo with finding out how to remove a quiz I created on this weird site called QuizMoz. I have asked on countless forums on the web, and nobody seems to be interested in helping me. I put a few things I shouldn't have into my quiz (private things), and now I can't find a way to delete it. I'm so scared that my privacy is at stake (or steak, whatever the word is).

Gambling stake. This is what you mean when you say "at stake". i.e. that which you may lose :

Can you really delete a thread a couple of weeks after creating it on WP? I'd like to try that.

Yes, I notice that once someone responds to a thread, other people start responding to it, too. My guess is that people avoid unpopular-looking threads because by replying to an unpopular-looking thread, you have a good chance of becoming a thread killer.

Oh, I'd rather have my privacy at steak whatever it means. It must be something delicious.

To the OP: Good idea! I wonder if anyone would bring a thread back. As far as an OP (of any thread) is concerned, a thread that he/she created deserves a response (unless he/she is a troll or something).

Okay, here's a lost thread about Burning Man by Fatal-Noogie to start us off.
