I say:

1) Jason Momoa!! !! !
2) Rufus Sewell (Star of Zen)
3) Adrian Paul - even now that he's older!! !
3) Jesse Williams (a bit young but still!)
4) Rick Fox of the NBA! He has the look but he's not that good of an actor - unfortunately!!

Jason Momoa has too many tattoos. Bond has no tattoos.

What about Henry Cavill?

Damian Lewis? Yes and no. He sort of has it but his face isn't symmetrical enough - his mouth is too small. But that Cavill....WOW!! !! !! !! !! !

Henry Cavill actually auditioned for Bond back in 2005 when he was just 22. It was between him and Daniel Craig. The director wanted Cavill, but the producers wanted Craig and they won out. Someone released a screencap from Cavill's audition tape a while back:

I heard that they would like to have a black actor after Daniel Craig to play James Bond.
Has traditionally it's always been someone from the UK who played Bond, first person that comes to my mind who is English and black is actor Colin Salmon

Colin Salmon was in the last three of Pierce Brosnan's Bond films, and Brosnan actually recommended him for his replacement. Of course the media would probably manufacture a huge ridiculous controversy if they dared to cast a black Bond, but I think it would be fine with most people. Having seen Salmon in numerous movies, I can tell you that he would be terrific.

I know he was in the 3 last Pierce Brosnan films. But after all, Maud Adams was in Man with the Golden Gun and Octopussy playing 2 different characters. And Joe Don Baker played the bad guy in The living Daylights and later on played a CIA agent in Goldeneye. So bringing back Colin Salmon would be a normal move for EON, and they have already announce that they might go with a black Bond, so it could be Colin Slamon, but I've also heard about Idris Elba. I prefer the first.

22 is a bit young for a Bond. They probably went with Daniel Craig because he's closest to what Bond is supposed to look like in the books. In the books Bond is described as having blonde hair.

Craig certainly has the rugged face of the literary Bond, but the hair, not so much. From Moonraker: "Rather like Hoagy Carmichael in a way. That black hair falling down over the right eyebrow. Much the same bones. But there was something a bit cruel in the mouth, and the eyes were cold."

I like the Henry Cavill idea. Other possibilities include Tom Hardy, Shaun Evans, Jamie Dornan.
