Was reattachment desired in that case? In the cases of the man who had this done in the motel, it was reported that they were so obsessed with sexual thoughts and desires that it consumed their mind to the point they decided if the didn't have the equipment to fulfill the act, that the desire and compulsive thoughts would stop. It must be a THING for this guy to have been running a lucrative business from that location.
