I actually LIKE it. I guess I'm always hoping it will lead to SOMEONE, somewhere, at some time, understanding me.

I sometimes get annoyed because I'm kind of a private person except with posting online.

Better that than folks who dont ask questions, and just assume stuff, and put reams of words into your mouth that you never said.

^yes, would rather have that than words put into my mouth and decisions made without consent.

if it's about my/mutual interests, let it out!! i love to talk about something that i enjoy, but isn't ME.

i don't like answering petty greeting-questions like "whats up?" or "how's your day been". they are mind-mindbogglingly vague and i do not know where to go. i do much better when there is a specific query.

I don't like random questions, but I love in-depth questions that can really get my mind going. I can answer those all day., or I love to try to find the answer to them.

It really depends on the question and its purpose.

Some people ask questions just for the sake of finding out something personal about you so that they can go and gossip about it. I'm rather wary of people who ask questions. But I guess such people would make up stories about you any way if they can't ask you questions.

If there's no such ulterior purpose in asking the question and if it's not personal, then I don't mind it.

Me too. The moment they ask too much, I clam up. It can easily feel invasive (and I'm not talking about extremely personal things here either, I just dislike being asked a lot of questions).

Yeah, I totally agree. I can't tell you how many times there's been misunderstandings with myself and someone else, throughout my life, and it was always that the person should've ASKED!! !

Also, I like to ask alot of questions, so I guess I feel you gotta take wha'cha GIVE!! Most people don't like that I ask alot of questions, but I feel if you REALLY know what you're talking-about, you won't mind----and, even like the opportunity to share your knowledge.

It isn't that they ask a lot of questions, but that they ask the same questions a lot of times. Questions like:

How do I attract women?
Does my boyfriend / son / father / coworker / pet rock have Autism?
Why are NTs so mean?
Why don't people like me?
Why is life so hard?
Why can't I get a job?
Why can't I get laid?
Why doesn't society cater to my every whim instead of expecting me to grow up and become a responsible adult?

... and so on, ad nauseum.

I get kind of suspicious, because in some cases they want that information for reasons they're not telling you or it's a mechanical way to move a conversation along until you trust them a little bit. If it seems genuine, I suppose I don't care but would eventually get tired out.
