OK, face it. We all have are little quarks and habits we like to do each night before bed, and perhaps once you go to bed. For some this might be as simple as brushing your teeth and relaxing to a good book, or having to have a nice warm glass of milk to help you sleep. For others it might be something more off the wall like wearing certain clothing or cleaning a room, or maybe doing certain meditation or stretches to relax the mind.
For me my rituals are a mixed bag, some what you would expect, and some not.
Around 10PM I put on BluBlocker sunglasses since I like to be on the PC or watch TV late. Yes, its weird wearing shades in the house, but it really does help with my sleep and its a proven fact that it works as most electronics emit blue light which can suppress sleep hormones making it harder to fall asleep and stay asleep. Around 11:30 PM I take the dogs out to do their business one last time for the night, often keeping the glasses on to avoid light from ruining my sleep. I then floss and brush my teeth, then rinse followed by combing my beard and wiping my face as needed. Once it gets to 12AM (midnight) when I usually hit the hay I don my spandex unitard/catsuit, or on some nights my full Zentai suit (covers head to toe as well as the face). If its too hot I'll just sleep in boxers. Once in bed I have to have my fantasies of being in a Zentai suit (pretending) before finally drifting off.
What are some of your bed time rituals? Is it the same every day and at the same time, or do you vary things up a bit?
