What would you do in the middle of a Zombie crisis?

Suppose it's a Friday, and at the beginning of the week there were reports about outbreaks across the country, and now everyone is in a panic.
Workplaces/schools have been closed, and people are beginning to flee the city.

What would you do?

Wake up and get ready for work, all the while thinking that 10 minutes extra in bed would have made for a pretty awesome dream.

I would probably over analyse the situation and fail to leave the city in time. Before I know it, zombies are at my doorstep.

We're already in the midst of a zombie crisis. People everywhere wandering around glassy-eyed while texting or yapping mindlessly on their stupid phones until they get hit by a car or run someone over.

Call for backup. Secure the perimeter. Take roll. Issue shotguns, ammo, and incendiary ordnance. Establish a "Kill Zone". Set watches and sentries. Pray. Wait for the environment to become target-rich. Open fire.

i know for sure i wouldn't wake up, because i never dream of stupid zombies.

eh. i'd seize a tank if i could.

Die.

I'd gather as much food, a gun or two and ammo, as I could and occupy a Home Depot or Lowes. Then I would barricade the place with the building materials. I'd try to gather a group and eventually turn the place into a fortress and build special purpose 'armored' vehicles to go out and gather fuel and food. It would already have generators. Then I would see what happened with the zombies. Do they last and last or eventually starve/die (like in 28 Weeks). I'd also grow food on the roof and in a fenced in open area.

I'd blast Michael Jackson's Thriller throughout the city and dance with them!

Get stoned, figure out who all wants to group up of friends/close family...then prepare by getting weapons, stocking up on resources like food and water. Perhaps avoid densely populated areas, perhaps go into the mountains I am sure there would be some nice f***ing empty houses to use as shelter all the yuppies who own them would flee in terror, some redecorating might be in order.

Or we could set up a camp and put up various traps and things to get any zombies that come at us, the ones that make it through would be killed suppose we could surround the hypothetical house with traps as well though. those ones that look like solid ground but just collapse into a spike pit would do nicely.

One might think it silly, or stupid, or Freudian, but what humans can conceive they often can and will eventually do.

It is only rumor, and the most rumorly type rumor, but there may be people working on it already, a virus type of bioweapon that creates dangerous people that do more damage. Not zombies in the flesh (eating) but something similar as far as being out of their minds and murderous. In days past we have seen weapons investigated and often created that cause mass temporary psychosis, and of course all sorts of nasty bodily harm and illness, like nerve agents, blood hemoraging agents, blister agents, anthrax, etc, etc. Ebola is a current likely candidate for bioweapon research.

There are places and powers where these things are considered valid weapons to create and even use.
