Has anyone had any experiences with this store? Good or bad?

It is okay, I guess.

You can get the same foods elsewhere, and for less money.

The only difference being all of those meaningless labels that Trader Joe's uses.

Labels like, "Organic", "Free-Range", "GMO Free", and such.

I wouldn't recommend the one near me--it is small and crowded most of the time.

And, it has lots of strange stuff I don't eat--though I suppose their must be lots of people who do it eat it, or it wouldn't be crowded.

Instead, I go to a store in the other direction that has an amazing selection of produce, meat, and seafood. Not cheap, but certainly a lot cheaper than going to restaurant and ordering good steak which may or may not be cooked just the way I like it.

i go all the time with my sister when she goes for sushi but i've never spent a dime of my own money there.

the store looks nice, never messy nor too crowded.

my local one is in a small shopping centre where it is IMPOSSIBLE to find parking, that's the only downside really. (solution? take the bike.)

I used to go quite regularly, but I no longer have a motor vehicle, and it's a chore getting there, by bus. I LOVVVVE their "Trader Joe" yogurt----the BEST I've ever had in my life!! Also, once-in-awhile, I used to get their chocolate-covered orange-flavored candies----they were to DIE for----but, they stopped carrying them, for awhile, because they had to discontinue their business with the manufacturer, or something, and I haven't been able to go back, since, so I don't know if they ever got a new deal with another manufacturer, and are carrying them again. I DON'T like their vitamin / supplement selection, though, cuz they're not "standardized".

there's one in downtown salt lake but i've never bothered to venture down that way.

i can get the same stuff elsewhere for cheaper. i guess it's a store for people paranoid about GMOs, past that i find it to be rather useless. also, i don't like the one-way streets in downtown

I absolutely love, love, LOVE Trader Joe's ! Their foods there are excellent !
My favorite meal from there is the Fettuccine Alfredo w/Grilled Chicken. Their chicken nuggets are pretty good, too. Everything there is amazing ! You can't go wrong with that store.
