Not that that's specifically what she was aiming at... she just targets moving things, and my hand happened to be in need of warmth...

Also, 'punch' in this instance refers to a total body jump... like when lions jump on zebras or such. It effectively felt like a punch, at least. Of course, a lion would be a ton...
