How do I change the colour of cells and text in Wikipedia?

I recently made an account on Wikipedia, and there are a couple of incorrect infos on some pages I need to correct. I need to edit some charts, but I don't know how to change the colour of cells and text. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks in advance.
