I want to excell in making soups and salads...
Although I occasionally enjoy other fancy dishes, those are my favourites...favorites...whatever...:)

No interest in cooking at all... takes too much time and effort which I could spend on other things.

If making Molotov Cocktails counts as cooking then I am an accomplished chef.

I like to cook but pretty much make only simple stuff. When I lived alone I'd experiment with sauteeing pork chops and steak with different sauces, or different egg dishes, or chicken dishes. I had one night a week where I'd always barbeque ribs. Unfortunately I can't cook here.

My speciality is choco-flan. I'm an expert "choco-flaner" :D

Also, I make cookies, roasted chicken with spaghetti, smashed potatoes, sushi, . . ., and other dishes.

I invented the "Happy Dessert". Basicaly, it's a lot bread (you can use baguette) with chocolate, milk, and my secret ingredients. It's something similar to the pudding without cooking.

I can make burritos, tacos, stroganoff (I'll cook it, but I won't eat it), spagetti w/hamburger. Most of my cooking involves ramen noodles though because I can't use a stove in the dorms, there is a cafeteria but their cooking is so bad they could probably ruin cold cereal (w/o the milk) if given the opportunity. Even if they added a slightly competitent ramen noodle cheif their food would be greatly improved.

It sounds like you are quite experienced in cooking!
I like cooking but I don't cook very much...I would boil eggs or steam potatoes for myself...or have raw salad or munch on carrot sticks...or have take out food...
I enjoyed experimenting with different herbs with chicken...I thought they were delicious...However nobody liked it except for one person, and people kinda pitied her when they got to know that I cooked my chicken dish for her now and then since she was the only one that gave me positive feedback...

healthy recipies are great...I like it when they add a lot of fiber in their dishes...It makes one feel like one's intestines are getting cleansed...:)

I don't bother anymore - but I used to love to cook now and then. I finally got the hang of timing eggs benedict down at one point (there are just so many things to do at once). Mainly I like to make experimental stuff though - often using very odd ingrediants (tobbacco charred steak anyone?).
