Anyone like herbal tea and aroma therapy? I do...:D

I am drinking marshmallow tea right now...I didn't know that marshmallow was a kind of herb..
It has a distinct scent, which at first lead me to think that the tea in the box might have gone bad, but once I poured hot water it tasted fabulous...

I love this kind of thing - hence Im studying herbalism. Marshmallow tea is lovely and good for stomach problems so two birds with one stone!

I'm a big tea fan , mostly drink chinese gunpowder tea but got stocks of green tea leaves with fruit pieces and a bag of white tea that I keep for special ocassions.

I like green tea, white tea, and just found a new herbal one; Pomegranate. Delicious! As for aroma, I'm nuts about essential oils. I use sharp scents like lemon grass or mandarin orange, or clove oil, to keep the kitty from climbing on the kitchen counters.

calandale: I love hibiscus too!

I made bath salt with herbal essential oil called 'hierba louisa'. It seems to be the equivalent of lemongrass...

I was a little disappointed because after several weeks it had lost most of its scent.

I guess maybe I didn't seal it properly... :(
