So, I will admit here and now I have neglected my bell button. No one taught me it was necessary to clean my belly button. One time I cleaned it out and there was a white plug inside, of like, sebum or something...yes, disgusting. Nasty, smelly. The other night I was cleaning it out and there was some darker colored collective. Then I looked online "what happens if you don't clean your belly button". I found 'black umbilicus'. I began to feel light headed even though I was sitting. The room started to turn white and I had to get down on the floor. I think I almost fainted. It was so disgusting. I'm going to clean out my belly button like, every week now.

Anyone else have belly button horror stories?

I can't stand to be touched there. Don't know what's in there and don't really care, as long as it isn't moving around under my shirt.

Its such a sensitive part of me, I just let the water that runs into it while I'm having a shower clean it. At least I hope it does.

That belly button hair picture was so disgusting, how did that happen, how deep does a person's belly button go to produce that?

I haven't pulled anything disgusting out of my belly button, but maybe mine is not deep enough for something to live in.
