Maybe CockneyRebel could be our own Wrong Planet commentator. We need her concise explanations of the event. If left to the royal household, it will consist of a few dozen people waving from the balcony to several thousand people ... and that's it. Don't forget: she'll also be 90 years old on April 21 of next year.

She was actually somewhat of a "cool" person when she was younger. She used to be a truck mechanic!

Yeah, Elizabeth has pretty much drafted Charles and William to take over much of her work load.

She would still have to reign nearly 20 years more to reach the all-time world record. King Sobhuza of Swaziland reigned for 83 years.
