yes, that's right i'm waging the war between coffee and tea. which side will you choose? crazy coffee, kooky tea, or will you be on the gosh darn overcrowded fence?

i'm going with tea. coffee is just dead tasting to me and seems vengeful and angry at the world.

If I need to get a lot of things done or am particularly tired in the morning I have to go for coffee over tea just for caffeine content. Tea is good to drink anytime and I actually enjoy the taste of it, unlike coffee.

I like frozen coffee with loads of cream and sugar and caffeine.... :P :(

Tea can be comforting in some ways and oddly addictive even if it isn't that good... :?

I used to drink tons ( or I guess gallons) of coffee, but rarely found places that made good ones. And mine is poo. Tea on the other hand I make very well and is so much better tasting.
Now the nerd info; while tea has caffiene, it also has a natrual tranquilizer, so it keeps you alert without the jitteriness of coffee. It also has oodles* of other health benefits.

*sorry to be so technical with these medical terms :D

^Interesting b/c I'm now finding Starbucks isn't good like it used to be or any other places for that matter...maybe it's me. I used to like the flavor of coffee but anymore, I gulp it down just to get a fix. Once in a while, I'll go to some inconspicious place that has good coffee.

Tea on the other hand does seem to relax me. It just doesn't have a load of caffeine like coffee does which I guess turns me off of it. Yet I don't get the jitters like I do with coffee.

What to do?

My favorite tea is Chai and it has no caffeine... :(

Tea for me, thank you! Coffee tastes & smells burnt. Not very pleasant for me! At work, I get comments because no matter how hot it is, I have a large mug of hot tea sitting on my desk! LOL I also like it iced, mostly during the evening hours.

I love coffee. It is an addiction and former obsession.

Conversely, I am allergic to tea; this allergy runs in my family.

I like coffee, but I LOVE tea.

It also has something that makes the caffeine take effect more slowly and last longer...so I guess if you drank enough of it, you'd get a huge buzz that lasts forever 8O

Coffee: I usually add a package of 'Swiss Miss' brand chocolate drink mix for a cheap and easy Café Mocha.

Tea: Thai tea is the best, but it has coconut milk in it, so it may be rather fattening.

Tea, most definitely! It relaxes me, yet at the same time, gives me a bit of long-lasting energy. My favorite teas are Earl Grey, and Indian Spiced Chai. :)

I hate coffee. It's too bitter, and it smells horrible.
