On a technical level, I believe every spiritual/emotional/menta state can be measured physically. Nothing currently hasn't been at least somewhat associated with something physical, (even as bluntly as mind = brain), and there's no reason to believe anything else is so different from the measurable things that it cannot be physically measured.
That being said, in our working lives, many things, thoughts, emotions, will run by us without our having physically measured or changed them consciously. Could these things "exist on another plane"? Perhaps.
