Enlargerize the Screen?

I have two tablet devices. Both have batteries that don't last long, so I swap between them, so one charges while the other is used.

However, on this site I can't zoom in to make any of the print larger on either tablet I have. Other sites I can do this.

Why do I want to do this? Well, as each page takes a while to load, I often find it takes several attempts to click on the page I really wanted. I normally have to go back a page and try again. If the site let me zoom in, I would not have to do this and it would be so much easier. Also, if something is quoted, I have difficulty reading what is being quoted as it is in very small writing. The standard print is small enough but readable.

Is there a way to enlarge the print temporarily without having it normally large. I mean... In other words a zoom feature just for when I need it? Why are my tablets not able to zoom in on this site? Sorry. I maybe missing something here. I am not a computer expert.

on the pc i can't read quotes either if there's a block of text, one line is ok though

We need to get smaller eyes fitted!
