I love it. Street lights, traffic lights, sunlight through swaying treetops is my favorite. I find it hypnotizing.

It's both hypnotizing and annoying - I try to focus on something else but the blinking light keeps getting my attention. So distracting. I could like them if I could focus on them and just stare(and I do when I no longer can fight the urge) but usually I have something else to do and they get in the way.
Same with fluorescent lights.

Ever since I was a kid I've loved seeing lights at night, especially Christmas lights on houses. It gets dark so early that time of year, and when the lights are taken down after the holidays it's kind of sad. :(

I don't know whether this counts, but I occasionally realize that I've been watching the screensaver on my DVD for 10 or 15 minutes, one of those where the oval-shaped things which move around the screen keep changing from one bright colour to another.

Not blinking lights, but neon lights for me.

Yes, I am completely and utterly fascinated by blinking lights.

It's strange how my brain seeks sensory input.

I like blinking lights too.
And neon lights, and most things that glow in the dark. Candles, lanterns. Light bulbs in unusual colors.

I'm with Shatner on this one. I can't take it anymore! I find them annoying and hard to ignore.

My mother said that sunlight through swaying branches was the only thing that I reacted to when I was a baby.

Not really if I'm honest.

I'm not certain what you mean by blinking though.

I kind of like gently sparkling lights but I can't be doing with those really harsh flashing blinking things that people have outside their houses at Christmas.

I don't know how people can stand to watch them.

Spiderpig's avatar is about the blinking limit I can take.

If the speed is fast, no. Strobe lights- used to love walking through it but quickly became too disorienting.
