I'll start.

Once in a crowded pizza hut restaurant I made a snow freeze on a cone and smushed it into my face. I was about 16.

Yes, I suppose.

When I was a kid I would wear a dolls dress on my head as a hat.

I'm kind of ashamed to admit this, but I have no clue what constitutes 'eccentric' as I have very little awareness of social norms. For this reason, I cannot answer this thread.

I only know because my mother would drum into me what's normal. ;)

Another one of mine: I told one of my bosses he reminded me of an almond finger.

My mom is even more clueless than I am, so she was of no help to me. I only know people find me very odd.

I started having afternoon tea and I became a Kinks Fan at the age of 19.

except for eating and sleeping, I let my offspring do whatever they want and not do whatever they don't want to do.

Spent 4 years of college living in a house with 4-8 guys at any given time. There were plenty of 'eccentric' things going on all the time lol.

One of the more 'innocent' things that can be shared =P
We had an annual bizarre clothing bar crawl. We would just dress up in the most obnoxious stuff we could find that didnt match and go to a bunch of bars drinking in the middle of the afternoon then at night we'd go to each landmark in the town for pictures. Started first year as just a boredem thing one afternoon and by the next year it was a contest to one up each other. Like halloween, we'd be at thrift stores weeks ahead of time trying to find the most awesome outfit. Like leather pants with a leapord print g-string overtop with a cosby sweater then vest over that lol.

I talk to myself when I go shopping at the thrift store, sometimes rather loudly. I talk to myself about the prices of what I'm buying, whether I should get one thing instead of another, whether I think something will fit me, etc.

Even though I would feel embarrassed doing that at most other stores, for some reason I just feel like I can lower my inhibitions when I'm at that particular store. I think a big reason is that the ladies who work there know I'm a regular customer and are very friendly towards me, so I don't feel like I have to put my guard up around them.

I bought the same expensive college book (I'm not even in college yet btw) twice because I found the footnotes in the 1951 version interesting.

sometimes I switch accents when I am talking and say random things like :
''I do believe this evening to be one for a stroll''...or walk past strangers and say ''good afternoooonnn ,good sir''...
Oh ,I start miming at the side of the road...for a couple of hours ... to pass the time...
I sing really loud outside...
... most of the time I am really quiet though ...and I dont do this often...only when I am extremely hyper/excited about something... :?
