What is this guy supposed to be used for? Just another version of :D ?
And why is he green and not yellow like (the majority of) the others?
I like him though.

While ' :D ' means "very happy" (according to it's description when you pass your cursor over it), to me ' :mrgreen: ' seems to suggest highly amused self-satisfaction.

mrgreen looks more aqua in color. is he sea sick? lol

I know this. I am simply ranting on about the uncreativeness of the creaters of Ninja Turtles. Everyone knows that turtles are green! It is soooooooooo boring!! !! !! Couldn't they have made them red or yellow, or something a little more exciting than green?

Looking above Mr. Green I see a twisted evil icon, to the left I see a neutral icon, to the right I see a turtle icon. I conclude that Mr. Green is somehow an evil twisted neutral turtle.
