Trying to take a photo of yourself in the mirror.

Have you ever tried to take a picture of yourself in the mirror? I did when I was 9 years old. When the pictures got developed there was one picture that consisted of a bright light flash.

Unless you want to display the camera, it is best to shoot these shots from one side rather than directly. Also probably best to turn of the camera's flash and either use natural lighting or lighting off to one side.
