Take the garment to a professional cleaner's before the ink has dried. Any attempt on your part to remove the ink with alcohol, hair spray, lighter fluid, or other organic solvent will likely ruin the garment, make you sick, or catch your house on fire.

Ummm, what fabric is it? If it's WHITE cotton----and you're in the U.S.----you might try a Clorox Bleach Pen.
