Hello, I am feeling so anxious this morning! I think I know why, but I am not quite sure! I just did not get enough sleep last night and I had an 8:00a.m. college class this morning. I was able to get through it fine and everything, but I still feel very anxious! I usually just try and visit forums like these sometimes or call my parents and talk to them! Does any body else cope with this this way? I know that some people may like to cope with anxiety this way, but I don't know for sure! I am a sophomore in a private college right now and I often feel really anxious about a lot of different things, but I don't always know what to make of them! For example: This past week I had my Concert Choir teacher yell at me and the whole class about a piece of music! Most types of Anxiety that are my fault, I can handle. Anxiety is only tough to handle when it is not my fault. Even those small things make me feel anxious.
Any advice???
